During your pregnancy, birth, post-partum, and child-rearing, we want to empower you, enrich your experience, and ensure you feel safe. Because this time is rife with fear of the unknown, you probably have more than a few questions. Here are some of the most frequent.

I’ve made an appointment, but need to change the date or time. What should I do?

Our lives are busy, and schedules are always in flux. Don’t worry about it.  Simply send us an email or send a message and we will find you a new appointment. 

I can’t reach my midwife at our agreed time. What should I do?

This should not happen. It you do find yourself in this situation, first, try to contact your midwife again. If problems continue to occur, please send an email to info@call-a-midwife.com or send a message to 0049 151 722 00 722. We will contact you as soon as possible.

I’m insured in Germany. Will my health insurance pay for the services?

If you are insured by any german health insurance, book the package for Germany for free. We billing our fee straight to your insurance.

I live abroad. Will my insurance pay for consultation or the courses?

We are in contact with many international insurance companies who are able to cover courses or consultations for you. This should be taken on a case-by-case basis, and we are happy to help you with this moving forward. If you need any support, please email: info@call-a-midwife.com.

Are the midwives and other experts real, or are they robots?

Our team of midwives and healthcare professionals are real humans. Every conversation you have will take place in a strictly confidential setting. Every step of the way, we want to uphold your safety and trust.
